The item came from out of the US so expect long shipping (2-3 weeks). The first item that I purchased didn't come in correctly and when I reached out to customer service, they did a great job at making it right. The flags are super cute and make a great gift. I love that they can be customized. I will say the only bummer was that even if you picked the same colors for the border and the lettering, they aren't actually the same color. For example, I picked the same green and the border is very vibrant and the lettering is quite dull. But I think it makes for a nice sign either way!
